Does it cost anything to sign up for Wash Club?

Nope! No charge and No Contracts. Just download the app or head to the website!

How much is the pick-up and drop off fee?

Free sounds so much better then fee. So Free it is! there is no service fee for pick up and drop off.

Is there a minimum order charge?

Yes, the minimum order is $30.00.

Why is there a 8% gratuity added to my order?

The 8% gratuity is equally divided among the employee drivers and wash techs. The Wash Club Tampa Bay team takes great pride in their work and customer service, should you have any issues with your order please don't hesitate to let us know at info@washclubtb.com

What if I don't know the exact weight of my order?

That's ok. Just give us an estimate. If its more than a 10lb difference on our scale, a team member will contact you to let you know. We always like to keep our customers informed.

What type of detergent do you use?

We use a high quality name brand detergent. You have the option the select regular detergent that has a great fresh scent already added or select the same detergent without any dyes or scent to it.

How do I pay?

You can attach a credit or debit card to your account. All major cards are accepted.

Is my info secure?

Absolutely, we go to great lengths to protect your info and never sell this info to outside marketing companies.

What days of the week and times are pick-up and drop off available?

We currently offer pick-up and drop off in the morning and early evening Monday-Friday. Saturday drop off only in the early afternoon.

Do I need to be there for pick-up and drop off?

Nope, you will get an automatic text/email when the driver is on the way. Just let us know where you left the order or where you want us to drop it off (example: front porch, inside garage or with front desk).

Who will pick up my order?

A Wash Club Tampa Bay employee in uniform will pick up your order in one of our delivery vehicles. Just FYI...most of our drivers are off duty Firefighters who are put through an extensive background check by their municipality...so your laundry is in good hands.

Will you pick up where I work?

Sure no problem. As long as your place of work is in our delivery area. We gotcha covered!

Does my laundry need to be in a bag or basket?

If this is your first order with us our driver will transfer your laundry into a Wash Club Tampa Bay bag with your account number on it. The bag will be yours to keep for future orders.

What if I need more than one bag?

No problem the drivers always have extra bags on hand. The charge for extra bags is $6.00 per bag.

What if I have items that need special care or need spot stain treatment?

No problem. Just select the correct wash package and let us know in the order notes what needs special attention. Also please separate the items for our wash club team. (example plastic bag) The Wash Club Tampa Bay Team will try their best to get the stain out.

When will I get my laundry back?

24hrs later! You select the pick-up and drop off windows and we take care of the rest.

What if there is a problem after my order is returned?

Easy, just give us a call and we will work with you to resolve the problem. Just FYI some stains that are already "set in" are tough to get out even with our best products and efforts. But we are always willing to try!
